Natural yeast (water, deglutinated wheat starch, brewer’s yeast, maize starch, dextrose, vegetable fibres: psyllium and inulin); maize sourdough powder, thickeners: guar gum, hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; lactobacilli), maize starch, sugar, lactose-free butter, eggs, egg yolk, water, semi-candied pears 7.1% (pears, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate), dark chocolate chips 3.6% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin); natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa 45% min., glucose syrup, emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids; vegetable fibres: psyllium; thickener: guar gum; salt, preservatives: sorbic acid, potassium sorbate; flavourings, enzymes: amylase.
